- Meeting called to order by President Eric Constance @ 10:10 am @ the Village office.
- Sackets Harbor LDC Members present: Eric Constance, Mike Hoagland, Karyn Carbone and Pete Daly.
- Sackets Harbor Village Board Members present: Alex Morgia via phone and Gregg Townsend.
- Minutes from the annual meeting of June 27, 2025 were reviewed. Mike Hoagland made a motion to approve the minutes as written. Gregg Townsend seconded the motion and all were in favor and carried.
- Treasurer's report was not available.
- Corporate Resolutions: To appoint SHLDC to coordinate the sale of residential lots. Mike Hoagland introduced this resolution and Pete Daly seconded. All were in favor and carried.
- A suggestion was introduced having the Village Board coordinate with the Town Board to provide infrastructure to South parcel of individual lots as Phase 1 of development. Mayor Alex Morgia will work with the Town to see if this can be done in the spring of 2026.
- LDC President Eric Constance will work with the local contractors to plan modular houses to be sold on individual lots.
- Foreclosure on the Stone Hospital: This action has been approved to have Tim Farley to act as legal representative to submit order of foreclosure and a sale to be scheduled.
- Convalt Loan Status: Eric provided details stating that Convalt is in a law suit with Jefferson County IdA. Some discussions are ongoing for a settlement.
- Open Discussion: The LDC needs to publish future meetings on the web site. There was some discussion on upgrading the site contents.
Adjourn: Mike Hoagland made a motion to adjourn and Karyn Carbone seconded the motion. Meeting adjourned at 11:20 am.
